The Best NYC Trip There Ever Was! Pt. 1

Arrive in the big apple on the night of New Years Eve. Catch up with Val on the multiple shuttling systems {air train, shuttle, and train} until we get back to her crib. Eat some bomb pizza. Get all dressed up. Head to the cruise which will proceed to take us all around the harbor. Arrive. Take some photos. Board the cruise.

As some of you may know, I’m a senior at the UofA and my major is Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I’ve been trying since this summer to get a job at a clinic/hospital for a dietetic position as my advisers have told me that without any hospital work, I can kiss an internship goodbye. Searching for this job has been extremely stressful and hard since positions are so limited. ...

Back to school.. Back to school.
Yep! It’s that time of year again. Second semester time that is! I like to think I started the day off on the best foot; with my “Office” coffee mug I got in NYC at the NBC store. Probably one of my favorite places. It brought back so many fond memories :) I think my friends and I could have spent about 500 hours in there (( and even more money! )).

Brooke's Visit
A post or two back I mentioned that my Aussie love, Brooke, was coming to visit for the holidays and man(!), I literally think that it would have been impossible for us to have had more fun. So happy she was here to experience a realm of different “American Christmas’s” with me :)
